Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads end‑to‑end recruitment for lateral, niche and critical positions across multiple business units. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor a small team of recruiters, and ensure compliance with all talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for lateral, niche and critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations and hiring criteria.
• Accelerate closure of high‑priority and long‑pending vacancies.
• Maintain strict adherence to approval matrices, compliance standards and governance policies.
• Keep the ATS (Kenexa/other TA tools) updated throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Release offers only after all mandatory approvals and validations are completed.
• Mentor and coach recruiters on best practices, tools and processes.
• Track pipeline health, hiring progress and provide regular status updates.
• Support diversity hiring goals and ensure alignment with D&I guidelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end and niche recruitment.
• Process‑driven mindset with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Experience mentoring and leading recruiters in a lean team.
• High agility, problem‑solving capability and data‑driven decision making.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including senior or critical stakeholder engagements.

Required skills

• Kenexa (or comparable Applicant Tracking System).
• General ATS proficiency.
