Senior Project Manager – Construction & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and operations projects for a Project Management Consultancy contract. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client processes, safety standards, and budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects, providing engineering and management support.
• Coordinate with engineering contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Apply client processes, systems, and procedures throughout project execution.
• Monitor project performance to guarantee safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate across contractor discipline groups to prioritize resources and resolve issues.
• Support the client in leadership, management, and delivery of operations projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., BE, ME).
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
