About the role
Capco is seeking a senior PMO to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale business transformation programmes for banking and financial services clients in India. The role combines strong project governance with hands‑on delivery, stakeholder alignment and change management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full programme lifecycle from planning through execution to closure, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Define and drive governance processes, executive dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and financial guardrails.
- Coordinate resources, budgets and forecasts, and maintain accurate data across reporting tools.
- Engage senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitate change control and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO or project governance, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to own delivery end‑to‑end, manage multiple stakeholders and translate programme outcomes into business value.
