Senior Manager Software Development

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and hire developers, architects and analysts, setting high performance standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, establishing development standards, governance and best practices.
• Drive Agile processes, sprint planning and ensure high‑quality code through reviews.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones while meeting performance, scalability and security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of building and scaling distributed, cloud‑native systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams and adopting AI/ML technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++ and Python.
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GPU computing and hybrid CPU/GPU architectures.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Experience in AI/ML adoption and usage.
