Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator (Chennai)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our Chennai office. The role involves managing enterprise‑level infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and supporting a 24/7 production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server, Citrix VDI, AWS and Nutanix platforms.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for production systems and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform patching, upgrades, configuration changes and routine maintenance.
• Participate in incident, problem and change management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve critical infrastructure issues.
• Support rotational 24/7 shift schedule, including occasional night shifts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in at least two of the following: Windows Server, Citrix VDI, AWS, Nutanix.
• Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chennai and handle rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
