Senior Engineer – Aquatic Infrastructure & Olympic Pool Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in aquatic infrastructure to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of Olympic‑standard swimming pool systems. The role involves managing complex filtration and hydraulics projects for international‑level sports facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise swimming pool filtration, circulation, and balance/surge tank systems in line with World Aquatics (FINA) standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, structural, MEP and civil teams to ensure hydraulic performance and hydrostatic load compliance.
• Prepare BOQ/MOQ, conduct quantity surveying and cost analysis for aquatic projects.
• Manage vendor and contractor selection, technical comparisons and procurement support.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of RMF, sand, UV/ozone, chemical dosing and VFD‑controlled pumping systems.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in swimming pool infrastructure, aquatic filtration, and sports facility projects.
• Hands‑on experience with competition pool projects and aquatic MEP systems.
• Familiarity with World Aquatics (FINA) standards, IS 3328 and MAHC guidelines.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO).
