Senior Delivery Manager – IT Service & Data Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT service and program delivery, with a strong focus on data platforms and production support governance. The role will oversee large-scale delivery engagements, ensure operational excellence and align outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale IT delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee production support governance, including incident, problem, change and release management.
• Drive delivery of SAP ECC/BW solutions, including ABAP-based data extraction and integrations.
• Manage BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Ensure data governance, data quality and reconciliation frameworks are applied.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience, with senior leadership in service, program or data delivery.
• Proven track record in production support governance and risk mitigation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior customer leadership.
• Experience in RCA, escalation management and service excellence.

Required skills

• ITIL framework (certification preferred).
• SAP ECC and SAP BW, including ABAP data extraction.
• Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools.
• DataOps / DevOps practices for scalable data pipelines.
• Data governance, data quality and reconciliation concepts.
