About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing operations in Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with GST regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the finance team to support timely month‑end closing and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update the Purchase Register.
- Maintain and regularly update the Sales Register with accurate transaction details.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable (A/R) reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (A/P) reconciliation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records for raw material, work‑in‑progress and finished goods.
- Ensure all GST records and related reconciliations are current and properly maintained.
- Prepare the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
- Prepare and review the monthly trial balance.
- Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounting activities.
