About the role
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive who can multitask and collaborate with both our local team in Ahmedabad and a UK‑based client in property management. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this international sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with a UK‑based property management client.
- Market properties on UK portals.
- Run email campaigns targeting councils and charities.
- Arrange viewings for inquiries and referrals.
- Conduct eligibility and affordability checks.
- Close deals, prepare agreements and secure signatures.
- Resolve discrepancies and handle complaints effectively.
- Maintain high organization and prioritize workload.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Proactive, seeking advice when needed.
- Positive influence within a team‑oriented setting.
