Sales CRM Manager (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales CRM Manager who is fluent in French to join our team at Copiam Consumer Care Private Limited in Navi Mumbai. The role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our CRM system to support the sales organisation and to drive insights for French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer and prospect data in the CRM platform.
• Configure and manage sales pipelines, workflows, and dashboards to reflect business processes.
• Analyse sales performance, pipeline health and customer behaviour, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to improve lead management, market segmentation and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide user training, support and documentation for CRM users.
• Coordinate with IT or external vendors for system enhancements and integrations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret CRM data and market trends.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in sales, market segmentation and pipeline management, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑product environments.
• Project‑management experience to lead CRM implementations and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field; CRM or sales‑operations certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
