About the role
This position is responsible for driving Business Development and Technical Development (TD) activities for CASE (coatings, composites, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) and eMobility solutions in India. The role will support the implementation of the Performance Materials India sales and marketing strategy, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on CASE and eMobility products to clients and internal teams.
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities aligned with CASE’s growth objectives.
- Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations and client training.
- Collaborate with Technical Development and Product Development to improve existing products and create new solutions.
- Manage business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and deliver insights for strategy.
- Define milestones, market direction, product portfolio and profit targets for the Indian market.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of CASE product specifications, applications and industry standards.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and business case development.
