Telesales Executive

About the role
The Telesales Executive will join the ICICI Lombard Digital Sales team in Vashi, handling inbound and outbound calls to promote insurance products, achieve sales targets, and provide customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective customers and explain policy benefits.
- Handle customer queries, process applications and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update sales pipelines.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve performance.
Required profile
- Graduation or HSC qualification.
- Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong thought process and sales orientation.
- Willingness to work a 6‑day week with a fixed Sunday off.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for using CRM and office applications.

- Salary of INR 18,000 per month for experienced candidates plus unlimited incentives.
