About the role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be the front‑line representative of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and inspiring shopping experience. You will combine product knowledge with a passion for fashion to help shoppers find the right pieces while supporting store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise sales opportunities.
- Process, stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Open, unpack and label new arrivals, applying security tags as needed.
- Handle customer purchases, returns and register operations efficiently.
Required profile
- Team‑player with a proactive, helpful attitude.
- Positive, optimistic mindset and strong motivation when interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs.
- Ability to take initiative and address customer requests quickly and effectively.
Required skills
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising or customer service.
- Effective time‑management and stress‑resistance.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and brand‑ambassador mindset.
- Interest in fashion trends and basic product knowledge.
