Sales Account Manager – France Region (Offshore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Sales Account Manager to lead and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the France region while based in Noida, India. The role combines relationship management, revenue growth, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes for European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic enterprise accounts with stakeholders in India and France, building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and governance meetings to align with customer priorities.
• Develop long‑term account plans focused on retention, success, and sustainable growth.
• Identify cross‑selling, upselling, and solution‑based opportunities to expand existing business.
• Own the full sales lifecycle for opportunities, partnering with solution consultants, pre‑sales, delivery, and technical teams.
• Support commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, legal, and leadership teams to achieve customer and business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 10‑12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Account Management, Business Development or Client Relationship Management.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
• Experience working with European customers, preferably France, within an offshore delivery model.
