Regional Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Regional Manager will drive the implementation of the retail strategy across the assigned region for the Allen Solly brand, overseeing business performance, store operations and people management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement retail strategy and pilot projects across the region.
• Lead business planning, footfall generation activities and store business plans.
• Analyse competition, identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Manage relationships with DS partners, buying and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, merchandise and visual merchandising performance.
• Oversee P&L within allocated budget and drive profitable performance.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams such as B&M, VM, retail HR, logistics and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail teams and stores in a competitive environment.
• Ability to motivate staff and act as a role model.
• Strong analytical mindset for competition analysis and business planning.
• Experience handling P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and SOP monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
