Recruitment Specialist – Non‑IT (GCC & Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead non‑IT talent acquisition for our GCC and African projects. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates abroad to ensuring their successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for GCC and African assignments using job portals, internal databases, referrals and trade‑based channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate technical competence, overseas exposure and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and international clients, preparing candidates for virtual or on‑site meetings.
• Oversee batch‑wise recruitment, handling documentation, medicals, visa processes and follow‑up to minimise drop‑outs.
• Collaborate with interns and junior recruiters to meet daily sourcing targets and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in GCC and/or African recruitment across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Facility Management.
• Strong grasp of the overseas recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to pre‑deployment readiness.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements, tight deadlines and bulk hiring with high ownership and attention to detail.
