We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and create a welcoming experience for students and visitors at ICORP FUTURE.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage front‑desk operations and daily communications efficiently.
- Answer calls, take messages, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain records, appointments, and visitor logs.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day front office activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar receptionist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
