About the role
Pixxel is looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and manage employee transport services. The role combines facility oversight, vendor coordination, and travel desk responsibilities in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contracts and liaise with transport vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company policies.
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules, monitor safety standards, and maintain a vendor pipeline.
- Oversee facility maintenance, liaise with service providers for repairs, and monitor housekeeping, security, and other contract staff.
- Handle travel desk duties, including travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
- Maintain inventory of stationery, pantry items, and office consumables; report stock levels per policy.
- Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, training sessions, and asset management.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on admin operations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work in an unstructured, high‑growth, fast‑paced start‑up environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with clear communication skills.
