Front Desk Associate / Receptionist (Female)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Amritsar involves acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The Front Desk Associate will ensure smooth daily operations by handling reception duties and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Provide accurate information to customers and resolve routine inquiries.
• Utilize computer systems to log visitor details and manage appointments.

Required profile

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
• Prior experience in receptionist or customer‑service roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
