About the role
We are looking for a proactive Project Store Manager to oversee all store operations at our construction site. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring material availability, and maintaining accurate records using ERP and Excel.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage end‑to‑end store operations at the project site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer‑based systems such as ERP and Excel.
- Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels to avoid excess or obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Safeguard materials, preserving correct quantity and quality.
- Maintain material inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and bin cards.
- Handle inter‑site material transfers with proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site execution teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor material consumption, report variances, losses, or damages, and support audits.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize pilferage and wastage.
