Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Senior Architect to lead high‑end residential projects in the Kolkata region. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on project monitoring, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day progress of assigned projects and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and overall project health.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with local building by‑laws and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permits.

Required profile

• B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.
• 10‑15 years of experience in real‑estate development or architectural consultancy.
• Proven track record on high‑end residential projects.
• Hands‑on experience working in the Kolkata region.
• Strong knowledge of Indian building by‑laws.
