Primary Teacher – EVS (Classes 3-5)

About the role

The Khaitan School is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver Environmental Studies (EVS) to students in classes 3 to 5. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, integrating technology, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop lesson plans that meet high teaching standards.
• Utilise relevant educational technology to enhance classroom instruction.
• Assign, assess, and grade examinations, class work, homework, tests, and assignments according to schedule.
• Prepare and submit required student performance reports.
• Participate in Parent‑Teacher meetings and maintain effective communication with parents.
• Attend department, form, and school staff meetings and implement agreed practices.

Required profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Science or Social Science.
• B.Ed. qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in EVS for classes 3‑5.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
