Head of School – Cambridge & IB Programme

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of School to lead and expand the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate programmes at our Noida campus. The role will set strategic direction, ensure academic excellence, and position the school as a benchmark for global education.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate Cambridge and IB curricula aligned with international best practices.
• Develop and execute a roadmap to scale international programmes and enhance the school’s market positioning.
• Mentor and manage faculty, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and innovative teaching.
• Oversee daily school operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and operational efficiency.
• Lead school inspections, authorisations and accreditations for IB, Cambridge or other international bodies.
• Drive admissions growth, branding initiatives and parent engagement strategies.
• Manage teacher recruitment, training, retention and performance appraisal processes.
• Collaborate with university counselling frameworks to guide student pathways and career planning.

Required profile

• 12–20+ years of progressive experience in education, including senior leadership roles in reputable international schools.
• IB‑certified educator/leader with completed PYP, MYP or DP workshops.
• Proven experience leading school inspections, authorisations and accreditations.
• Track record of driving admissions growth and institutional branding.
• Strong background in teacher recruitment, development and retention.
• Experience with global university counselling and international admissions pathways.
• Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; additional leadership certifications are a plus.
