About the role

upGrad is seeking enthusiastic and driven professionals to join as an Associate – Delivery / Program Coordinator. The position is based in Mumbai and requires working from the office. Candidates will support the delivery of learning programs and coordinate operational processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage program delivery and operational processes.
  • Track learner journeys and program milestones.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.

Required profile

  • Graduates only (non‑pursuing candidates).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage operational processes.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
