People Operations Coordinator

About the role

The People Operations Coordinator will support global Employee Services processes, ensuring accurate and timely HR transactions from hire to retire. Working from the India GBS site, the role partners with worldwide markets to meet service catalog SLAs and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee data in the central database, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Execute HR processes such as new hire, rehire, termination, and organizational changes.
• Deliver services within defined SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Handle ticket management and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with global teams and adapt to rotational shift schedules as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or large‑scale global HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and SAP; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work across different geographies and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of reliable service delivery.
