About the role
We are seeking a diligent Office Assistant to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and handling various errands under pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and replenish office supplies and monitor usage of equipment.
- Handle office correspondence and assist with routine clerical tasks.
- Perform errands such as grocery shopping, picking up supplies, delivering documents and coordinating courier services.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
- Support staff with ad‑hoc tasks both inside and outside the office.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness and politeness.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
- Valid driving licence and ability to operate a vehicle for errands.
