New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives within our Architectural Products division. Based in Bangalore, you will work on designing and improving aluminium façade systems, driving innovation from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new aluminium façade products and customize existing solutions.
• Identify and implement product improvements to enhance performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototype testing, and validation of new designs.
• Prepare technical documentation and support the launch of new products.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and customize products in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
