About the role

We are seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead the design and enhancement of architectural products, specifically aluminium façade systems. The role involves turning market needs into innovative, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design new aluminium façade products from concept to production.
• Improve existing product lines for performance, cost, and aesthetics.
• Customize solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or an MBA with a marketing focus.
• Proven track record of designing new products and implementing product improvements.
