About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to lead the manufacturing and reinforcement assembly processes in our reinforced‑concrete prefabrication plant. The role is based on‑site at our factory and involves operating dedicated machinery and coordinating the team to ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control the production of reinforced‑concrete elements using company‑owned machines.
• Oversee the assembly and installation of reinforcement cages.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Adapt to changing manufacturing conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Completed secondary technical education in construction, architectural technology or civil engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar production or supervisory role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good teamwork skills.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• User‑level proficiency with MS Office applications.
