About the role

We are expanding our Media & Entertainment practice in Mumbai and are looking for lawyers at several seniority levels – from Associate Trainee to Principal Associate.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage complex Media & Entertainment matters and transactions.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial, licensing, production and content agreements.
Maintain and develop key client relationships, providing strategic legal advice.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, including Associates and Trainees.
Conduct legal research, due diligence and support regulatory compliance.

Required profile

Principal Associate: 10+ years of experience in media, entertainment, IP and commercial contracts.
Senior Associate: 5–8+ years of experience, able to manage matters with limited supervision.
Associate: 2–5 years of experience, supporting transactions and advisory work.
Associate Trainee: 0–2 years, strong interest in developing a career in Media & Entertainment law.
