Live Operations Analyst – Mulesoft Support

About the role

Reveleer is looking for a Live Operations Analyst to join its Mulesoft Support team in Chennai. The analyst will provide Tier 1‑2 production‑operations coverage, monitoring data workflows, diagnosing issues, and executing approved recovery procedures across Flatfile and MuleSoft integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled production workflows, delivery windows, file movement, processing status, and operational alerts.
• Perform first‑pass diagnosis of failed, delayed, or incomplete workflows using approved tools, logs, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Execute approved rerun, reprocess, recovery, configuration, and validation procedures and document outcomes.
• Escalate promptly to the Lead Live Operations Engineer when issues fall outside runbook scope or require Tier 3 intervention.
• Operate and monitor Flatfile production workflows, including ingestion status, validation outcomes, and configuration checks.
• Operate and monitor MuleSoft production integrations and flows, performing status checks, first‑pass diagnosis, and evidence collection for escalation.

Required profile

• Practical operational experience with Flatfile and MuleSoft.
• Working knowledge of AWS/S3 and secure file‑transfer mechanisms.
• Basic‑to‑intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Disciplined ticketing and runbook practices with the judgment to recognize out‑of‑scope issues.
• Ability to provide overnight delivery coverage and morning triage.
