Legal Advocate – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advocate with strong Real Estate experience to handle legal matters related to property transactions, land acquisition, documentation, due diligence, agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all real estate legal matters and provide legal opinions to management.
• Conduct legal due diligence of land and property documents, verifying title deeds, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, RTC, conversion orders, approvals, and other records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, JDA, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, POAs, and other legal documents.
• Manage property-related litigation, disputes, notices, and court matters, coordinating with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RERA, property, land, registration, and local real estate laws.
• Assist in land acquisition and property registration processes, identifying legal risks and recommending solutions.

Required profile

• LLB from a recognized institution and valid Bar Council enrollment.
• Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Law.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, land laws, property laws, registration laws, and real estate documentation.
• Experience in handling property disputes and litigation is an added advantage.
