L&D Delivery Specialist

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an L&D Delivery Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs that drive business outcomes. This remote position works closely with sales, leadership, technical teams and global functions to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and run customized training sessions covering sales, leadership, technical and other skill areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and adjust delivery based on feedback.
• Collaborate with business segments, global functions and Centers of Expertise to tailor or localize content.
• Engage audiences, support change‑management initiatives and act as a role model for legal, ethical and cultural considerations.
• Develop instructional methods using various learning technologies and manage the learning environment.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise, real‑world examples and mentorship to learners.
• Potentially lead small teams or projects and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 3‑6 years of experience delivering training programs.
• 2‑4 years of presentation, facilitation and consulting experience.
• Strong planning, communication and change‑management capabilities.
• Cultural awareness and financial/global business acumen.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technologies and adapt to different learning styles.
• Sound judgment and ability to navigate complex situations.
