Lead Instructional Designer & Employability Trainer

About the role

ProSculpt is seeking a Lead Instructional Designer & Employability Trainer to create and continuously improve learning journeys that boost placement outcomes for college students. The role focuses on designing curriculum, assessments, and training interventions that directly enhance employability and readiness for corporate hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine end‑to‑end employability and placement‑readiness curricula across ProSculpt’s offerings (PET, Lite, Level Up, Club).
• Develop structured learning pathways covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, communication, interview skills, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, corporate etiquette, workplace readiness, business communication, Excel & data literacy, AI productivity tools, and career planning.
• Create semester‑wise and year‑wise learning journeys from college entry to final placement.
• Produce curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, session plans, facilitator guides, student workbooks, assessments, practice exercises, assignments, projects, case studies, and capstone activities.
• Collaborate with placement officers, recruiters, hiring managers, trainers, and industry experts to ensure all interventions are outcome‑driven and aligned with employer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing placement‑readiness and employability programs for college students and fresh graduates.
• Deep understanding of campus recruitment, employability assessments, aptitude training, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and corporate hiring expectations.
• Ability to own curriculum design while also delivering selected training sessions.
