About the role
The Key Accounts Manager will drive business growth across builder, developer, government and commercial segments within the assigned territory. You will act as the primary liaison between our product portfolio and key stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, architects, and project management consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Map and develop accounts in the construction, government and commercial sectors.
- Generate product specifications by collaborating with contractors, consultants and architects.
- Identify new business opportunities, convert projects into clients and achieve sales targets for the assigned product line.
- Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders, including PMC, contractors and designers.
- Handle post‑order activities, payment collections and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Track new infrastructure developments and maintain a database to support sales planning.
- Monitor competitor movements and market trends within the territory.
Required profile
- Science or Engineering graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Sales or Marketing.
- Strong understanding of construction project stages, material needs and budgeting.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with architects, contractors and consultants.
- Commercial acumen for pricing solutions and negotiating contracts.
