Sales Specialist – Hydro Products

About the role

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales turnover and ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion. You will build and nurture a network of influencers such as interior designers, kitchen studios, bath stores, and trade partners to generate business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales value at category and source‑of‑awareness levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels.
• Maintain 100% collection efficiency and achieve high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Act as first point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Adopt and promote sales tools, systems and processes for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Target‑oriented with a strong achievement mindset.
• Excellent multitasking ability to manage relationships with multiple influencer groups.
• Good understanding of competitor offerings and a focus on continuous improvement of customer experience.
