About the role
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining long‑term strategic relationships with high‑volume customers. This role focuses on driving organic growth, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning customer needs with the company’s Home and Hospitality product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic, long‑term trusting relationships with high‑volume customers to achieve organic growth and company objectives.
- Identify new business development avenues and generate sales leads.
- Research key customer wants and needs; propose suitable solutions from the Home and Hospitality offering basket.
- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients, gather performance feedback, and relay insights to the New Product Development (NPD) team.
- Ensure the sales funnel is robust enough to meet sales goals and provide accurate forecasts.
- Identify and implement improvements to the sales funnel by engaging prospective clients.
- Lead price negotiations and serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding solutions.
- Oversee implementation of regional marketing activities among influencers.
- Measure, track, analyze, and report key account metrics.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
