About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing long‑term relationships with high‑volume customers in the Home and Hospitality segment. You will drive organic growth, support new product introductions and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts in the Pune region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic, long‑term relationships with high‑volume customers to achieve growth targets.
- Identify new business development opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Research customer needs and propose suitable Home & Hospitality solutions.
- Communicate new product developments, gather feedback and relay insights to the NPD team.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel, forecast accurately and suggest improvements.
- Negotiate pricing and serve as the single contact for customer solutions.
- Lead regional marketing activities with key influencers.
- Measure, track, analyze and report key account metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Required profile
- Proven track record in project sales.
- Experience selling concept and technical solutions in the residential segment.
- Ability to manage large, complex key accounts and work with builders, architects and interior designers.
