Key Account Manager – B2B Corporate Sales

About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and service across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line solutions within the assigned territory. Acting as the primary Airtel contact, you will manage relationships with corporate customers and ensure delivery of all three lines of business.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve targets for Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts (hunting) for all product lines.
- Cross‑sell and upsell multi‑product solutions to existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel with appropriate maturity levels.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and plan sales interventions.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
- Strong client relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% field‑sales environment.
