Cyber Defence Lead – Vulnerability & Disclosure Services

About the role

VOIS is looking for an experienced cyber security professional to lead its Vulnerability Management and Responsible Disclosure services. The role ensures that vulnerabilities are identified, assessed, prioritised and remediated in line with Vodafone’s global cyber strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Vulnerability Management and Responsible Disclosure programmes, aligning them with global policies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of external vulnerability reports, from triage to closure.
• Oversee vulnerability triage, applying risk‑based decision‑making and coordinating remediation.
• Drive automation, tooling improvements and workflow optimisation to reduce manual effort.
• Define, own and report on vulnerability management KPIs for leadership.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external cyber security audits.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance governance and operational maturity.
• Build, develop and retain a high‑performing team through inclusive leadership and succession planning.

Required profile

• Experienced cyber security professional with deep expertise in vulnerability management and responsible disclosure.
• Strong risk‑based decision‑making and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
