IRR Regulatory Reporting Specialist (13-20 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead IRR regulatory reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements across finance, risk and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to implement system and regulatory changes effectively.
• Maintain in‑depth understanding of external reporting standards such as IFRS, FinRep and GSIB, and ensure data quality ownership.
• Collaborate with product control, ALCM, and regulatory policy teams to plan and deliver new reporting requirements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to business, risk and finance stakeholders during strategic transformations.
• Support management in enhancing, maintaining and testing management action and restructuring processes.
• Drive proactive stakeholder engagement across global business lines and legal entities to uphold standards, controls and data credibility.
• Continuously assess operational risks, drive change management and ensure compliance with global finance and internal control objectives.

Required profile

• 13–20 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, FinRep, GSIB or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
