Internal Audit Associate

About the role

The Internal Audit Associate will support the delivery of audit services across a range of sectors, helping organisations understand their risk environment, regulatory obligations and control effectiveness. You will work closely with senior auditors and clients to assess processes, identify gaps and add value through actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit engagements covering risk assessment, control testing and compliance verification.
• Analyse processes, sub‑processes and activities to map relationships and identify control weaknesses.
• Prepare clear audit reports that communicate observations, issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of preventive, detective and anti‑fraud controls.
• Support the implementation of audit findings and follow‑up on remediation actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Hospitality or Oil & Gas.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as B.Com, CA or MBA.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit concepts, methodology and risk‑control frameworks.
