Inside Sales Representative – US Market (Goa)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to drive high‑velocity outbound prospecting for the US logistics market from our Goa office. You will own the full sales cycle, build a qualified pipeline of freight‑industry clients, and grow your career in a specialised B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting across the United States to generate a strong pipeline of logistics clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in freight brokers, 3PLs, carriers and related firms.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Record all activities and pipeline data accurately in HubSpot for forecasting and follow‑through.

Required profile

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales or cold‑calling experience, preferably targeting the US market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a performance‑driven setting.
• Excellent English communication skills – confident, persuasive and professional.
• Highly motivated, coachable and comfortable with a high‑output sales environment.
