CINCINNUS, a fast‑growing premium hair‑care and personal‑care brand, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to shape its recruitment strategy, employee engagement, HR operations and workplace culture in Rajkot.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
• Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and nurture a strong team culture aligned with the brand’s values.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, retail or D2C environments is preferred.
