About the role

The Learning Operations team at Deloitte supports training delivery for member firms worldwide. As a Services Support Associate I, you will provide administrative and backend assistance to offshore clients, ensuring smooth training planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support training planning and delivery activities, including data entry and system updates.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team leadership to coordinate requests and provide status updates.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, following defined processes.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables before submission to internal clients.
• Contribute to team initiatives, collaborate across functions, and manage workload priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
• Experience maintaining data in spreadsheets, trackers, or workflow systems.
• Experience supporting administrative, backend, or learning operations activities.
• Strong email‑based business communication skills.
