Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a mature, dependable HR Manager to lead our people function in Rajkot. The role blends operational excellence with strategic partnership, ensuring employee relations are handled fairly while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for employee concerns, grievance handling, and sensitive people matters.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, driving process improvements and standardisation across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyse workforce data, prepare HR dashboards and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with leadership on employee‑related decisions, organisational priorities and change management.
• Collaborate closely with the Administration department to align HR initiatives, engagement activities and training programmes.
• Lead special HR projects that enhance organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a mid‑size or larger organisation.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic judgment and the ability to handle complex employee situations.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a people‑centric, approachable attitude.
• Proven track record of driving operational discipline while maintaining employee well‑being.
