HR Specialist – Operational HR (2 positions, French required for one)

About the role

Join the HR Operations & Analytics team to ensure consistent HR processes and high‑quality data across global country offices. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support users, monitor data quality, and drive continuous improvement of HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to country offices.
• Monitor HR data quality, coordinate corrective actions with local HR teams, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Supply HR partners and coordinators with accurate data, statistics, and reports.
• Participate in testing, refinement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of HR workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Contribute ideas to improve digitalisation and data reliability in HR systems.
• Organise and deliver training sessions on relevant Dynamics modules.
• Assist onboarding of new HR staff on DRC systems and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR systems or data‑quality role.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and/or Power BI.
• Experience ensuring data‑quality monitoring and process compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, International Development, Public Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English; French proficiency required for at least one of the two positions.
