We are looking for an Assistant Talent Acquisition professional to join our recruitment team. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes for support and operational positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. This role is pivotal in helping us build high‑performing teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support/operational roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Leverage job portals, referrals, and social media to attract talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support reference checks and background verification processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, preferably with experience in support‑role hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hiring tools and job portals.
• Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
