Oracle HCM Time & Labor Functional Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Time & Labor Functional Analyst to join our HR Technology team. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting our global Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor environment, ensuring accurate time capture, compliance with labour regulations, and a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Time & Labor components such as Time Entry Profiles, Processing Profiles, Consumer Sets, HCM Groups, Rules, Work Schedules, and Fast Formulas.
• Support integrations between Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, and third‑party time collection devices.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, monitor scheduled processes, and ensure retroactive and effective‑dated changes are processed correctly.
• Lead or support system enhancements, quarterly updates, testing, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and execute test scripts, maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and training to HR, managers, and employees on time‑card and scheduling matters.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 years focused on Time & Labor.
• Strong understanding of Time & Labor configuration, effective dating, retroactive processing, and payroll impacts.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
