CSR Executive

About the role

The CSR Executive will lead the organisation’s social impact agenda, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners such as NGOs, corporate donors, and implementation agencies. The role combines stakeholder management, fundraising support, and end‑to‑end coordination of CSR programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for NGO partners, corporate collaborators, donors and implementation agencies, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Support fundraising campaigns and CSR partnerships by preparing proposals, presentations, partnership decks and donor documentation.
• Coordinate the planning, execution and monitoring of multiple CSR initiatives, aligning finance, legal, HR and senior management on objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Plan and manage employee volunteering programmes, handling logistics, participation tracking and impact reporting.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks, analyse data and produce impact reports, case studies and donor updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of CSR activities, budgets, agreements and compliance reports, and prepare regular MIS updates for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, CSR programme coordination or fundraising support.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a genuine commitment to social development.
